We have known Adam Cooke from Millennium Builders for a period of approximately one year. We arranged with Adam to build a duplex in Palm Beach.

The build at present is all but finished. We have been amazed at Adam’s professional attitude and attention to details throughout.

He has been of great assistance to us in advising on all matters concerning the build, and other choices not necessarily part of his service. He has been willing to aid in any manner whatsoever. Adam has been well above our expectations in all respects as a builder and a person of principle.

The workmanship of the build has been of very high standard, and well above that of other builders we investigated prior to our association.

We would like to wish Adam and Millennium Builders success in the future . The standard of building done for us indicates that Adam will be a most successful person in his field.

We would like to thank Adam and his team for the fantastic effort that they have all put in to complete our renovation in Main Beach.

Our renovation was almost a complete rebuild and presented many issues that needed to be solved on site.

Adam gave freely of his time and came up with very practical, creative and cost effective solutions. He was always available to answer questions and make suggestions to help us keep within our budget.

The project was completed on time and in a well coordinated manner. We have no hesitation in recommending Millennium Building Services and we would use Adam and his team again should the opportunity present itself.
